Another Take- Recipe Box

Hi Guys!!! Here is another recipe box. This one is for my MIL. I did this one a little different. I used sheet magnets for the closure. I like it better than the Velcro. The sheet magnet lay completely flat.

The forth box I made I adhered the magnet sheet to the chipboard first, then covered it in the paper. This way you don't see the strip of magnet like you do in the image above. But of course I thought of the magnet sheet after I had already covered the chipboard for this box.

Poinsettia Gift Accent

I made these to accent my gifts. I really love the way they turned out. I made about 20 of these. Two more days till Christmas!!!!

A Handmade Gift

Hi guys-- These are two recipe boxes I made-- how cute are these!! I totally can't take credit for this creation. Laura from Following a Paper Trail created these. She has a Video Tutorial on it as well. I made these for the ladies at my job. I really hope they like it. They can fill the boxes with all of their yummy Holiday Recipes.

The pockets are made with envelopes. The recipe cards are from Michaels. The box is completely made of heavy weight chipboard so needless to say that it is very sturdy.

The reindeer is an ornament. They made the perfect embellishment.
