Kit Swap-- December

Here is a sneakie peekie of the kit I am sending to Vangie. I am participating in an on going swap hosted by Bona of Deux Shabby Chic. The premise of this swap is to share your stash with others. I (we) typically buy all items in a paper collection because I (we) just have to have it all, i.e: paper, chipboard pieces, flowers, other embellishments, etc. I normally have tons of stuff left over after completing a project. So what a better way to share and get new stuff without buying it!!!! This is the first swap so I am so excited about getting my kit from Vangie. I hope Vangie loves her kit as much as I do.

Autumn Family - November Swap Album

Here it is my November book!!! I hope my swapmate loves it!!! Autumn Family.

I created a Gate Fold Album with a leaf being my shape and theme. Each page has a leaf shape. I used various Alcohol Inks to color the leaf and then covered it in UTEE. I really love the way it turned out.
I used several Martha Stewart punches for the small leaves on the cover.
(I corrected the spelling my book I didn't want to take picutures again.
I don't know what I was thinking leaving the "n" off)

I used various Holiday picks from Micheal's for accents.

All the shapes were cut with my Cricut. Lots of tags and pockets for photos and journaling.

This frame is adhered only from one side so a photo can easily be tucked under; as with all mats and frames. This frame is covered in UTEE for added dimension and texture.

The piece that is titled Good Times is a 6x6 fold that unfolds into a 12x12 mini album. Lots of space for photos and journaling. There is a lot more to the album, but I will leave some surprises to my Swapmate.

Halloween Shape Book-- Inside Scoop

This is the Halloween Shape book I made for the swap I am hosting on the Cricut Message Board. Now that the books have been sent I am posting pix of the inside of my book. This is my Trick or Treat Neighborhood, loaded with cute kids in costumes visiting houses for treats. This book has lots of room for pix and journaling.

This is a pocket page with tons of tags, cute black flower covered in UTEE. Learned all of these techniques by watching youtube videos. Ladies, you guys are FAB!!!!

This tutorial comes complete with step by step instruction on how to create these stunning arrangement of boxes and bow. This bow and box set can be made in all size up to an 11.5'' box with my instructions. The instructions come with a .cut file for easy cutting and assembly. The .cut file was created with the George Basic Shapes Cartridge.

A Few Announcements

Hi all-- I hope all is well. I just wanted to let everyone know that I am out of town on business. I got called away on a last minute trip. Rockefeller Christmas

Talk about chic!!!! Rockefeller Christmas gift box set!!!!! Complete tutorial with Pictures and step by step how to instruction. Christmas is coming soon!!!! Think about all the gifts you need to make. This is a special piece, I love the way it turned out. The ruffle detail on the bag is so in line with today's fashion. Divas!!!! Where are you????? I used an unconventional pattern and color scheme for this piece-- the Hounds tooth and black is so chic; I love it against the green. The ruffle resemble the layers in a Christmas tree (to me ;-)). This is my Prada knockoff!!! Picture how adorable this would look in a Hot Pink ruffle with a pink & red and Christmas card ensemble. I think I feel a new take on Rockefeller Christmas coming on!!!
